A lovely air conditioned apartment furnished to the highest standards with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) with bed settee able to accommodate 4 people. Children are welcome and a cot can be made available upon request. There are double wardrobes and and ample draw storage in each bedroom. The large balcony makes most of the sun and is equipped with table and chairs and ideal place to enjoy breakfast or an evening cocktail. There is a private roof terrace that gets the sun all day and is equipped with table ,chairs, sunbeds and BBQ with sea views across the Orihuela Costa. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge/dining area can seat 6 people. The lounge provides a comfortable seating with TV, DVD and Radio/CD player. There is a selection of films and CD's to choose from. There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge/dining area and can also be used for heating. Use of swimming pool (adult & child pools) . Blue flag beaches and golf courses are close by.

There is a large double bed (Queen) in the main bedroom with 2 generous sized single beds. A cot can be supplied on request. There is also a bed settee in the lounge if needed. Bed linen and is provided. Large double wardrobes and chest of drawers are provided in both bedrooms. A hair drier is supplied in each bedroom, with large wall mirror in each as well. Separate air-con with heating is also supplied in each bedroom.
The apartment is accessed by stairs up to the 2nd floor and there are additional steps leading to the roof terrace, so may cause problems for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. The apartment will be cleaned at the end of your stay. Bed linen & towels can be changed mid-way through a 2 week or longer stay at additional cost. Cleaning is not included in the rental price and will be payable to the local representative. The apartment has a utility room with sink and washing machine. The kitchen is very well equipped with ample cutlery, plates & dishes, utensils along with food storage containers. There is a dining table with 6 chairs, a comfortable bed settee and separate arm chair. The TV has satellite English TV and other channels, a DVD player with selection of films and radio/CD player with CD's. A clothes line is available on the sun terrace and clothes airier which can be placed on the balcony. There is also an iron and ironing board in the apartment.
For advanced bookings a non refundable £100 or €150 deposit is payable to secure your booking. Payment in full is required 8 weeks prior to occupancy. For bookings made 8 weeks or less prior to occupancy payment in full is necessary at time of booking.
Payment can be made in either £'s or € Euros by bank transfer - bank details will be provided on booking.
On arrival at the property you will be met by the host who will explain everything to you. If you arrive or depart between 22:00 hrs. and 08:00 hrs. there is a Meet and Greet Fee of 15 Euros payable,
The cleaning fee is not included in the rental price and is payable to the local representative on arrival - €40 for cleaning + €7per person laundry. .
You will be asked to pay a security deposit of £100 or €150 on arrival or with the balance. The security deposit is fully refundable on return subject to the host's satisfaction that everything is as you found it.

Airport Transfers can be arranged from 40 Euros (each way) for Alicante and 30 Euros (each way) for Murcia. This is for up to 4 people - a mini-bus can be arranged for larger parties at an additional cost.
Changeover:
On arrival days - the apartment will be ready after 14:00 hrs
On departure days - the apartment should be vacated by 11:00 hrs
If there are no immediate changeover bookings after your stay, (By Prior Arrangement With The Host), you may stay in the apartment until you are due to leave for the airport.
All rubbish must be placed in the Green Wheelie Bins situated on numerous street corners (failure to do so may incur charges)!
