Access at the front is via a covered porch with table and chairs, great for al-fresco dining or sipping sangria. The front door opens into the living and dining areas leading to a fully equipped kitchen, a cloaks/shower room is also on this floor.
The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite, balcony and fitted wardrobe. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds, one with fitted wardrobe other with hanging rail. Extra sleeping capacity is via two z-beds. All with ceiling fans.
Take the second staircase to the solarium where you will find table, chairs, sunloungers and BBQ for a lazy afternoon or evening's entertainment.
Within 500 metres of the property you will find the gated shared pools set in beautiful gardens with ball court and toddler playarea nearby.
Linen and bath towels included not beach. Airport transfers by licensed carrier, welcome packs and baby equipment hire can be arranged.
Air conditioning available as an optional extra. Heating and blankets are included for weekly winter lets. Utility bills are excluded from monthly and long term lets at £100/€125 per week.

Alicante Area Information
Gran Alacant is set in a quieter part of the Costa Blanca, ideal for a family holiday. It has a diverse selection of cafes, shops bars and restaurants to suit all tastes as the area has been bought into by Spanish, Scandinavians and British; giving a cosmopolitan feel. Many are within a short walking distance from the house.
The Blue Flag beaches nearby are Los Arenales which leads to Carabassi beach. Both are unspoilt with the 'Clot', a nature reserve behind.
Santa Pola, the nearest town (3km), is a typical Spanish seaside town with several beaches, shops, restaurants, aquarium, marina, and a working fishing harbour where fish is landed daily in the afternoon.
Gran Alacant is a good location to take advantage of the many activities and theme parks in the area. There are 3 golf courses within a 40 minute drive. The bus fares in 2008 to Santa Pola was 1.10 euros and 1.30 to Alicante. Gran Alacant is now served by a land train that goes around the resort. Great for the beach and accessing areas further away.
A visit to Alicante city is a must with a large marina, the imposing Santa Barbara Castle, lots of shops and night-life.
