Overlooking the luxuriant valley as well as the famous Canigou montain, this suit of 70 square meters comprises 2 rooms with French doors directly opening on each one of the 2 terraces. This suit is the perfect get-away for a couple on it's own or with 2 kids for the maximum.

Exotic furniture, a sofa, a dining table, a sideboard, a large flat screen TV with CD/DVD player and a computer with free unlimited internet access composed the bright sunny living room. The children’s mezzanine overlooks the living room, has 2 single beds and a skylight.

The open-plan kitchen located in between the two terraces and the living room enjoys the view over the leafy valley. It is equipped with all the modern appliances, electrical oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, a fully fonctional gas-cooker, coffee machine and toaster. A microwave can be provided if needed (free of charge).

The double bedroom is equipped with an exotic queen size bed imported from the West Indies, two bedside tables and a very large built-in cupboard. The bedroom has floor-to-ceiling bay windows opening on the terrace offering natural ventilation.

Decorated with style and elegance, the suit offers all conveniencies of modern living in a typical and colourfull setting; computer with free unlimited access to the web, ethernet outlet, TV, DVD player, open-plan kitchen.

Large enough to share meals all together, the roofed terrace has a large traditional wooden table and chairs as well as a relaxing area in the back opening in the bedroom.

The suit Exotique has access to the garden as well as the lovely bean-shaped swimming pool among olive trees, oaks and mimosa trees.

The gardens, relaxing areas and swiming pool are communal to the 4 cottages of the villa L'Olivette in Eus.
