The local Faros beach is just 5 minutes away from the apartment, and the Larnaca Promenade can be reached in 15 minutes by car. If you have children the camel park in Mazotos takes 10 minutes to get to,a nd also travelling up the East coast of the island you will find a fantastic water park in Ayia Napa called Waterworld which is also busy during the summer months.
This intuitively designed apartment reflects the modern exterior of the development. Open plan spacious living areas give way to terraces that overlook the pool, and also the stunning area surrounding the village. The furniture comes fully equipped to be able to create the perfect environment to enjoy your holiday. The sofa bed in the living area gives you that much needed extra room when you need it most sleeping an extra two people. Each bedroom has air conditioning along with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed and the other with twin beds.

For ease of access there is a lift to each floor. The roof top has a communal lounge where you can enjoy views of the sea and the surrounding village. The communal pool also boasts a Jacuzzi that can be enjoyed all year round. The perfect place to relax after enjoying the activities on the surrounding local beaches
Local management company available 24 hours a day based in the village next door, Kiti. Directions to the development from Larnaca Airport are provided upon booking along with contact details of the management company. Welcome pack which includes ham, milk, tea, sugar etc is usually supplied on each booking.
