Holiday Home Description
We are holiday villa and holiday apartment owners specialising in child free holidays in Almeria South-Eastern Spain and we welcome you to Finca Arboleda, offering you our two bedroom holiday villa. Ideally located just 10 minutes from the beaches of Costa Almeria, Spain. Our holiday accommodation boasts a private pool set in an orange grove and is the ideal holiday accommodation for those wanting a self catered holiday in Southern Spain surrounded by peace and quiet.
The Old Stables Villa, 66 square metres, is bright, airy, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. It enjoys it's own private space, with sunbeds only 50 metres from the pool amongst Olive and Fig trees. There are sea and mountain views, tranquil, but only 10 minutes from the coast.
The villa has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes with hanging space and shelves.
The bathroom has a power shower, WC and a hand basin with vanity unit and hairdryer.
The modern American-style kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, juicer, picnic cool box and iron. A breakfast bar links to the living area, which has two comfortable leather sofas. The dining table will seat six.
There is a 32inch LCD TV with Spanish freeview, English satellite TV and a DVD player. A WiFi connection is available. Outside is a private terrace with sun loungers and a patio area with table, chairs and barbeque.
All rooms have ceiling fans and for the chilly winter nights there is Gas central heating. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets.
We supply all linen and towels including beach towels, hairdryers, iron and a large selection of books, all of which will save you valuable kilos on a Ryanair flight. We are happy to do a local shop for your arrival so you don't have to think about it on the way.

Everything was lovely! Stables clean, cool, comfortable, very well equipped (everything you could possibly need) beautiful surroundings, trees and pool. Easy to get to beach, restaurants etc. That said, Mick, Pirkko and Stig are the icing on the cake. Friendly, kind, but not in your face. Book with confidence - we loved it! Thanks again! Beautiful Oasis from the coast, yet only 10 minutes from the coast! We had a really relaxing week and felt like it was home by the end - sad to leave, highly recommended- Simon UK.
A lovely family holiday where we were made to feel so welcome by Mick & Pirkko. It was great for the kids (6 and 3 years old) as the pool was fantastic and so many beaches within short drives.
