Holiday Home Description

Our vacation home is a spacious 6 bedroomed, 2 storey house incorporating cathedral ceilings and a large, modern living area. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and features a screened pool, with spa, offering secluded views over the 6th hole.

The main master bedroom is on the ground floor and features direct access onto the pool deck. The modern - open plan - living room offers a large, comfortable seating area as well as facilities for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and also includes a breakfast area.

Also included on the ground floor is our fully-equipped games room, w/c and utility room.

Our large - newly renovated - pool with spa, is fully screened with a covered porch and for evening swims provides underwater lighting. Additional heating for the winter months is available upon request.

The further five bedrooms - one with en suite - are located on the first floor. Three have twin beds and there is one double and one king size bed.

Our family area features a 50' HD flat screen cable TV. The games room contains a 46' tv with cable, pool table, darts, ps2 + many games. House rental includes free wireless internet access (high speed) and access to a printer. The utility room contains a large washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. For our younger guests we have a high chair, two buggies, two car seats and a cot (including bedding). Golf clubs are available for hire in the villa, upon request. Local telephone calls are free. A Walmart, bank ATM and many food outlets are within a short walk To ensure there are no accidents in the pool area, all doors leading to the pool area are alarmed. Southern Dunes benefits from being gated for extra security. Please note that for the safety and convenience of all our guests this is a strictly non-smoking and no pet home. When staying at our villa you can rest assured that our management company will take great care of you.

Pool Heating, if required, is an additional £100 per week.

A security deposit of £100 per week is required, to be paid with the balance of the rental. This will be returned subject to a satisfactory inspection by the management company.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit payment (£100/week) and the signed booking form. However if the booking is made within ten weeks of the holiday commencement date, the full amount of rental and security deposit will be required on booking.

Southern Dunes Area Information

The Steading at Southern Dunes is located on an 18 hole PGA Championship Golf Course which is ranked in the top 100 courses in the USA, and in the top 6 in Florida. The greens were updated to championship standard during the middle of 2010. At the entrance to Southern Dunes is a 24 hour Walmart supermarket, as well as many other shops, banks, restaurants and fast food outlets. Southern Dunes is located just south of Orlando and is only an hours drive from either coast. The Walt Disney entrance is a 15 minute drive away, as will be the new Legoland Florida Attraction due to open in the Fall of 2011. Seaworld, Aquatica and International Drive are approximately 25 minutes away.
