Being just a short drive to the nearest beach, as well as the centre of Carvoeiro with it’s lively array of restaurants, shops and bars this is a fantastic place for your family holiday.
This immaculate villa is airy and spacious inside, and set in large, lush gardens with a safety gated pool (heated upon request), plus an enclosed trampoline for the kids. There is Sky Freesat TV, DVD player, and all baby equipment is supplied free of charge.
There is a bright homely feeling lounge/diner, with sliding patio doors leading out to a covered sun terrace with superb views of the sea, ideal for al-fresco dining. Half a dozen steps lead to the large gated pool, with roman steps.
The kitchen is well-equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and there is also a drying area for washing.
Upstairs is a large king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a bedroom next door with bunk beds. Downstairs there are two further bedrooms, one double bedroom with an en-suite, and a twin bedroom with a family bathroom directly adjacent.
Air conditioning and pool heating are both available upon request for an additional charge.
Living Rooms Lounge furnished to a high standard, armchairs and sofas, a log burning fire, Sky Free-to-air TV, flat-screen TV. DVD and CD player, dining table and chairs. Sliding patio doors leading to the outside terrace with covered dining table for al-fresco dining, and superb sea view.
Kitchen Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
Bedrooms 1 King size, one double, one twin, plus small 4th bedroom with bunk beds.
Bathrooms On the first floor, one en-suite bathroom. One family bathroom with shower, and one en-suite shower room with enclosed shower cubicle on the ground floor. Also a guest cloak room.
Other The villa has a safety gated swimming pool, with area for sunbathing and sun loungers. Vast lush gardens with exotic plants and shrubs, plus an enclosed trampoline for children.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service All bed linen and towels are provided and will be changed on a regular basis. A mid-week maid/cleaning service is provided.
Outside
The covered sun terrace with superb sea view offers the perfect shady place to relax or dine alfresco, and the large exotic gardens offer privacy and seclusion.
The stunning heated swimming pool with roman steps is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area, with ample sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a fabulous brick built barbeque and dining area next to the pool. This area is 'safety gated', which for those with small children gives extra peace of mind.

Please note pool heating is available at £100 per week, air conditioning at £75 per week, on request.
