This exotic villa has a large (18x6m) infinity pool. The house sits on a plot of 2200m2 in the quiet north of Bali, among other villas bordering the beach and ricefields, with the mountains of the Bratan-lakes at the background. The bedrooms situated at the shaded terrace, overlook the Bali Sea. Also from the floor you have a great view over the sea.

You will be pampered by our staff of five people, who will do everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Shanti Villa has a large kitchen, a spacious living room and a second floor vide, four private bedrooms, 3 having en suite Balinese bathrooms.Furthermore, a large covered patio, swimming pool (18x6m) and a BaleBenong (resthouse), located within a tropical garden by the beach.

In the spacious living room there's a beautifull round staircase. The mezzanine overlooking the tropical garden (2200m2), the Lovina Beach and the Bali sea.The four bedrooms in our house have air conditioning and fans to ensure a pleasant year-round environment.Twee rooms are located on the shady terrace and have a double bed.

Villa Asmara is suitable for groups up to 8 persons. During your stay, 6 days a week you will have the services of our staff: 2 domestic helpers, gardener, security and help desk. The house is cleaned for you, the pool and the garden maintained to an high standard, and meals can be prepared to suit your needs just for the cost of ingredients. Also a welcome pack, gas, electricity, broadband internet, tap water, Loundry-Service and taxes are included as is use of towels, beach towels and bedding. A car with driver are available to you at a very reasonable fee.

Your reservation is confirmed after receiving 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be received at least 6 weeks before arrival. We recommend travel insurance in the event of a cancellation.

If you wish we will arrange transport from the airport in Denpasar.
