This is a newly constructed detached villa in Yalikavak in the Aegean Region of Turkey and sleeps 6 people in air conditioned comfort. It has a shared pool and is near to the beach. The villa is fully equipped and has a large roof terrace.

Bedrooms: 1 Double Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms. The main double bedroom is en suite and has a private balcony. There is a second double bedroom and a third with bunk beds with a well appointed bathroom opposite. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms, 1 Separate WC. There is a second bathroom on the first floor with bath and power shower. There is a seperate bathroom on the ground floor. All bathrooms are fully tiled.

Kitchen: Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, microwave, toaster. The newly fitted kitchen has all that you need to make the most of the wonderful local ingredients. There are also two BBQ areas, one on the ground floor terrace and another on the large roof terrace.

General: Air Conditioning, House Linen. All rooms are air conditioned and these can be used as heaters if the evenings turn cool.

Dining: Seating for 6. The dinning area is part of the spacious open plan ground floor. For those warm evenings you can dine on the terrace downstairs or watch the sunset from the roof terrace and enjoy the cool sea breeze.

Entertainment: There is a TV /DVD combined ( TV is not connected to stations but you are able to play your own CD's and DVD's.

Outside: Communal Pool, Terrace, Garden, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture, sun loungers. The villa is set among landscaped gardens and surrounded by mandarin groves. The large commmunal pool and a small childrens pool and the beach is only a few minutes walk away.

Bodrum Peninsula Area Description

Situated on the Bodrum Peninsula, Yalikavak is an ideal base to enjoy all the best that Turkey has to offer. With the clear blue waters of the Aegean on your doorstep it's no wonder that scuba diving, snorkling, windsurfing, fishing and sailing are all well catered for.

Local attractions include Ephesus, the largest archaeological site in the world, the stunning pools at Pamukkale, the royal rock tombs at Dalyan, the temple of Apollo at Didim or St. Peter's castle built by the crusaders, just 10 miles away in Bodrum. Enjoy a real Turkish bath or join one of the boat trips that visit the many secluded coves or the famous Blue Lagoon. Try a Turkish night, with belly dancing and a buffet of traditional mezes, take a daytrip to Kos or visit the many daily markets.

Yalikavak's Thursday market is a bright and colorful affair with linen, (towels for 3 pounds), T shirts for 2 pounds and spices, as well as leather all very good value. The town has several relaxing palm fringed beaches and you can stroll along the waterfront and watch the locals catch their supper off the harbor wall, or watch one of the famous sunsets, as you sip a pint of the local Effes beer at just over a pound!.
