Alghero Area Information

Alghero town, 15 minutes from its airport, is the major resort in North-West Sardinia, the second largest island in the Mediterranean. Italy’s exclusive ‘jewel in its crown’ is still largely unexploited by the foreign tourist market, but Italians have long treasured Sardinia as their holiday destination of choice.
