The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a large lounge/diner with vaulted ceiling and doors opening onto a beautiful landscaped garden and private heated pool. A roof terrace also offers fantastic views.

The accommodation is on a single storey so is ideal for families. There are 3 bedrooms, the master has a double bed with en suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 singles beds in each. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

The lounge has leather sofas and seats 6 people in comfort. There is a flatscreen TV with DVD/CD player. The satellite TV system receives UK channels inc BBC, ITV and Channel 4. There is a dining area with table and chairs for up to 6 people.

The kitchen has been fully fitted with everything that you need for a self catering holiday including washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher plus all the usual appliances, crockery and cutlery.

There are 2 bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom and a further family bathroom with bath/shower.

The outside of the villa has beautiful landscaped gardens with typical Canarian plants. A lawn area has been created using top quality artificial grass to provide a safe play area for children.

The private pool is heated from 1st November to 1 April at no extra cost.

The central location makes it an ideal base to explore the island or just relax and soak up the year round sunshine beside the private heated pool. There are 2 golf courses within a 5 minute drive and lots of local activities and watersports to keep the whole family occupied. Please note air conditioning is an additional extra. Pool Heating provided 'free of charge' from 1st November to 1st April.

Fuerteventura, about 90 kms from the coast of Africa, is the second largest of the Canary Islands (Tenerife being the biggest).
