The villa occupies the upper and larger level of a private estate belonging two 2 different owners.

To enter the property there is a private gate and a short staircase that leads you up to the villa (about 30 steps).

Just minutes away on foot guest can reach the ferry services for the Cinque Terre and other local villages.

A wide variety of restaurants and shops, beaches and a swimming pool are also just minutes away.

Stores can be found either close to the apartment or in the old village.

The villa garden area is also ideal for enchanting small wedding parties or family reunions. Catering service can be provided on request.

This rental is made up by two levels: on first level the apartment and on the second level a wonderful balcony with sea views equipped with dining table and gas stove for dining al fresco and an outdoor shower for when coming off the beaches, a washing machine, and a small cooking area.

Upon entering the apartment we find a living room with a small fireplace and a double sofa bed.

Then we have a master bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a queen size bed.

There is a quite large bathroom with a shower and a second tiny guest bathroom with just a sink and w.c.

The kitchen is small but well equipped, with gas stove, oven, dishwasher (a bit outdated), refrigerator, microwave oven, tea and coffe boiler.

Out of the apartment a second al fresco area with dining table and a laundry closet with wahing machine.

A beautiful balcony equipped with sun beds embraces all the apartment.

The villa has lots of terraced land above the villa, all with olive trees and other typical Mediterranean plant.

Private garage with code on top of the Villa, can be reached passing thought the terraced garden.

The property is ideal for couples and for families with children.
