View countryside from wooden 'Kirsch' at the rear allows you to chillout reading or relaxing. All rooms aircon and ensuites, master jacuzzi 4 poster, grnd flr disbled friendly. 2 lounges allow adults and children to have own private space.

Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with full size cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fitted fridge freezer, coffee maker, juicer, and every possible requirement for cooking inside or outside. The dining room has seating for 10 inside 14 outside at the bar

Utility Room: Inside is a utility room with 2 washing machines so you can go home with clean gear!

Living Rooms: " lounges . Ground has blackleather suites seats 12 and cd/dvd sounds. The basement has a second lounge (huge) with a 50" TV sat tv/dvd/ there is a small DVD and video library. The basement has 2 bed settees that can sleep additional 4 people if required.

Cleaning/towels/

linen/maid service: Towels linen provided (please bring beach towels) maid service weekly (ask for additional cleans at £20) Transfers from airport provided at cost £28 for up to 4 people and £38 for a minibus up to 12 people.

Notes on accommodation

The villa is especially suitable for children, with basement lounge and safe pool, so adults can have own space and also cots and high chair can be provided at £2 hire a day. Also a cot free of charge on request

Accessibility

The property has ramps to all ground floor bedrooms and pool. The ground twin is modified for wheelchair user and also wet room with grab handles in shower, seat and toilet also. Door entrance is private to outside for independence but also has access to inside lounge area. Very very (200 metres) close to village and amenities yet in a very quiet area.

Outside

Private pool and gardens 50m2 pool plus separate jacuzzi and bar. Also has a raised quiet reading seated area to rear of property to enjoy sunsets and cocktails. Super terrace to relax on an evening. Outside bbq and shower.

Dalyan Area Information

Coast/Beach

The beach is a protected area and the village is on a river between the Koycheciz lake and the Turtle beach (voted in the top ten beaches of the world). A river boat taxi runs all the time from the harbour to the beach 4km or you can take a cheap dolmus by road 11km. A superb day is to take a boat across the lake to the local market at Koycheciz and after visit the mud baths and sulphur spring sand. Eat at the restaurant or have your own barbecue on the boat and a swim in the lake.

Golf

2011, 30 mins to 27 hole golf course.

Skiing

There is a new ski centre at Seki which is less than 2 hours away so you can both ski and sunbathe in the winter on the same day.

Special interest holidays

The area is a world heritage site and famous as the breeding ground to the giant Carretta Carretta turtle. It is also the home of hundreds of birds including sea eagles and kingfishers and a stork wildlife sanctuary. I can arrange all activities from cycling (2 cycles provided for guests) horse riding, gulet cruises, snorkeling, fishing, scuba, white water rafting etc. The area is also famous as an archeological site of ancient ruins and Lycian cliff tombs and is the home of mud baths and natural sulphur bathing springs. Absolutely loads to do.

Travel

20km form Dalaman airport. Car not essential as the villa is walking distance to the centre where 60 restaurants await and dozens of activities. Car hire locally cheaper than airport. Taxi collection at the airport provided at cost £28 for 4 and £38 for up to 12. Just provide flight details when booking.

Distances

250metres to village centre and the river. 1km to the lake. The ancient city of Kaunos is just over the river and an absolute must to visit with occasional open air concerts in the amphitheatre. Fethiye and Marmaris are 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours away. Tours to Ephesus and Pamukkale available and more local trips in gulets and 4 wheel drive safaris etc.

Further details

There is a small store 50m from the villa and 3 larger supermarkets in the village at 0.3 kms and 1 km away. Restaurants and shops abound all over with over 60 eating establishments to choose from ranging from cheap Pide bars to classy riverside restaurants serving fish specialities and every conceivable type of Meze. The local bank has a cash machine and 2 others on the high street. Saturday has the local market which is great to buy cheap provisions and fresh produce. Leather and jewelry are cheap and of the highest quality but be sure to bargain. All clothes are great value.
