Welcome to our luxury 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom villa which sleeps up to 10 people. Excellent south facing 30ft pool and extended deck located in Indian Creek. We have furnished or home for your comfort and peace of mind. The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite. The second master bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite. There are twin beds are in the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with LCD TVs. There is a games room located at the villa with pool, foosball, air hockey tables and a Wii games console. Our villa comes with a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. There is also 24/7 burglar, fire and smoke monitoring for your security and peace of mind. Located in the heart of one of the top tourist destinations in the country Just 5 minutes (3 miles) from Disney and within easy reach of Universal and Wet and Wild.

Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 with large bath and walkin shower, his and hers basins, WC.

Kitchen: The large itchen is open plan with a breakfast table and 4 chairs, we have complemented the fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, cooker, Microwave, Fridge / Freezer with built in ice maker, toaster, coffee maker etc, everything you are likely to need.
Utility Room: There is the use of a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board located in the garage.
Living Rooms: Particular attention given to our guests' comfort and enjoyment of their stay.You can be sure that sinking into the soft sofas in the lounge area will take away those aches and pains.
Other: There is a fully carpeted games room located at the villa with pool, foosball, air Hockey tables and a Wii games console.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included in the villa and the property is cleaned before your stay.
We are proud to present our privately owned luxurious home, exceptional in both design and decor. Situated in the peaceful community of Indian Creek, these properties are set amongst many lakes and nature trails in a quiet and tranquil community. Being only 5 minutes from major attractions you have a choice of peacefulness or excitement.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, family room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast suite, garage and large private screened pool. The property is furnished to the highest standard.

Large 30ft x 15ft swimming pool with separate spa, reclining sun loungers, patio table & chairs.
£100 per week is required for each week booked, we regret that we can not guarantee to secure any dates until a deposit & booking form is received, this deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance is due two (2) months before your departure date.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) or can be converted into US$. Additional information about rental rates. 13% sales tax. Pool heat £100/wk.
Less then 5 day stay £60/cleaning fee. Stays for less then 7 days will require a $90 cleaning fee.
