Villa L’Arco is a recently renovated typical Umbrian villa. Standing on the hills of Todi, in the Tiber valley natural park, it lies at the centre of one of Italy’s areas of greatest historical, artistic and cultural interest and outstanding natural beauty.

The villa is surrounded by olive-groves, vineyards and its own woodland with centuries-old oak trees and is a perfect place for those who love privacy.

The villa’s interior is airy and spacious and its beautiful, large windows, with typical arches, let in plenty of sunlight and provide spectacular views of the hills of Todi from every room.

The property has been tastefully yet comfortably furnished with wooden handcrafted furniture and some beautiful paintings. Its wooden floors and pastel-coloured rooms create a warm atmosphere of relaxation and well-being, while air-conditioning throughout the whole house and anatomical latex mattresses (anti-allergenic) will keep you cool even at the height of summer.

The spacious living room with a fireplace and the well-equipped kitchen have large glass doors leading to a vine-covered veranda which offers a shady spot for relaxing with tremendous views of rolling hills and distant villages.

You can enjoy long al fresco meals on the spacious veranda (35 m²), which overlooks the private swimming pool with hydro-massage area and the beautifully tended gardens.

Broad lawn full of roses, perfumed by the lavender and rosemary bushes, surrounds the house and leads down towards a paved terracotta terrace with an alluring swimming pool, where sun loungers await, beckoning to keen sunbathers. Whilst relaxing by the pool, thanks to the Villa's Wi-Fi connection, you can use your laptop to send photos of the stunning views and beautiful sunsets to family and friends back at home, or if not, just kick back and relax, revitalizing yourself in the whirlpool area of the swimming pool.

GROUND FLOOR:

Spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining table, large living room with fireplace, both of which Air-conditioned and leading onto the veranda; spacious veranda furnished with tables and chairs, big hall, 2 bathrooms with shower, pantry with fridge/freezer.

FIRST FLOOR:

Three double Air-conditioned bedrooms with queen size beds: 1 twin Air-conditioned bedroom; 1 small single bedroom with balcony; 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower.

SWIMMING POOL:

Private circular swimming pool (8m/27 feet diameter) with hydromassage area – known also as Jacuzzi or Whirlpool area- to offer a relaxing and revitalizing massage. The swimming pool is fully surrounded by a generous terracotta paving, furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs.

ASSISTANCE:

Helpful owner-caretaker in separate house, independent from the villa, to ensure complete privacy for guests. Garden and lawn maintenance.

Swimming pool maintenance. Maid service twice a week (Saturday and mid-week). Weekly change of bed linen, bath linen and swimming towels.

Services upon request: Additional maid service, local cook/chef service, catering, Wedding planner available.

Cooking service must be arranged prior to arrival and is subject to the availability of the cook.
