The charming village of Grimaud is conveniently just a few miles from the villa, a lovely spot to stroll with its winding cobbled streets, historical buildings and a good selection of restaurants and cafés. The exquisite sandy beaches of the French Riviera are also only a short drive from the villa and there are numerous leisure activities available in the area to keep you busy, from watersports, sailing, boat trips, horse-riding, walking and hiking. The appealing climate almost all year round makes the region an excellent choice for holidays both in and out of “season”.
There is plenty of space outdoors laid out over different levels. There´s a shaded lounge area furnished with huge sofas alongside a large table and chairs for dining and next to a pretty grassy area, another place for soaking up the sun. Down a level you´ll find the spectacular infinity pool which looks straight over the hills and is surrounded by a large sun deck equipped with sun loungers so you can take a refreshing dip every now and again and cool off while working on your tan. There is also access inside the villa and another dining area here along with a pool house with fridge, shower and WC.
Guests have private parking for up to 4 cars.
Interior
The magnificent views can be admired from each of the villa´s four floors. The interiors are perhaps even more spectacular than the outdoors, very stylishly decorated in a relaxed, modern style and with excellent use of space and light.
Guests enter the top floor with the first two large bedrooms, a double with a separate bathroom and a twin with an en suite.
A flight of stairs leads down to the middle floor which is devoted to the living space. The huge open-plan living dining room has windows all around, French doors to the garden and an especially chic look. The kitchen is another very spacious room and very recently renovated like the rest of the property so all its facilities are brand new and the latest models. It has all you could possibly want for self-catering and more..you´ll probably wish this was your kitchen back home! There is also a breakfast bar for yet another dining option.
Finally the lower floor has the remaining two bedrooms, another double and twin, both with their own exclusive bathrooms. The villa is completed by a conservatory /gym.
A luxury property with the best of both worlds: a quiet village location but still within a short distance from the beaches and big buzzing towns.
