Holiday Home Description

The main house comprises of a master bedroom and twin bedroom. It has an open plan lounge, kitchen dining area. French doors open from each room out onto terraces facing the sea. The guest house has a double room and en-suite bathroom. The pool is private with it's own terrace and sun loungers. There is parking. (Please note if only the main house is rented for 2 or 4 persons, the guest house will not be let separately to unknown parties during your stay).

Bedrooms: Master bedroom, upstairs, with double bed. Balcony with views across the sea.

Bedroom 2 with downstairs with twin beds.

Guest house - double bed.

All bedrooms face the sea and have air conditioning. All bedrooms have hair dryers.

Bathrooms: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom - bath/shower over and wc.

Downstairs shower room and wc.

Guest house - shower and wc.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, modern kitchen with, ceramic and gas hob, electric oven and hood. Fridge Freezer. Microwave and slimline dishwasher.

Living Rooms: Open plan lounge, dining area. Dining table for 6. Lounge is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchairs. Satellite TV and DVD player.

Cleaning/towels/

linen/maid service: Maid service is twice weekly. Linen is changed twice weekly. Beach and pool towels are not provided.

Accessibility

There are five steps leading up to the main house and five steps leading down to the pool. There is a stair case to the master bedroom. The guest house has two small steps leading up to the door.

Outside

Private swimming pool (8 x 4m) with 6 sun loungers. Teak table and chairs for 6 on main terrace. Glass table and iron chairs on lower patio for 6. Patio set for 2 outside the guest house. Umbrellas provided. Small BBQ. Mature garden with olive trees.

Nearest airport is Argostoli, this is 56km from the villa. Direct flights from all major UK airports throughout the summer. Car hire is essential. Also flights available via Athens.

Distances

Nearest village of Maganos is 2km from the villa (about a 15 min walk). There are two tavernas and two mini markets. Chic harbour resort of Fiscardo is 8km away.

Further details

Fiscardo has two ATMs, four supermarkets and many bars and restaurants. There is a pharmacy at Vasilikades 10 mins from the villa. Fiscardo offers sailing, scuba diving and day trips to neighbouring islands. There is also a museum.
