Holiday Home Description

The Double Fronted Detached Villa standing in 3/4 acre is set back 50 meters from the road between Butoque and Santo Estevao. The accommodation comprises of a Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom, two further bedrooms, plus two more bathrooms. There is a spacious L-shaped lounge with a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, large fridge / freezer a washing machine and a dishwasher. The interior is finished to a good standard with poolside furniture included.

The kidney shaped pool, size 9m x 6m, has surrounding terracing that can be reached directly from the lounge. The Villa has a large sun terrace for more private sunbathing, with a view of the sea in the distance from the sun terrace. There is also a large free-standing purpose built Barbecue which is situated between the Villa and the swimming pool which is idea for summer catering

A twice-weekly cleaning service is included, as are all the utilities.

(A) Sunday is the change over day.

(B) The cost is for accommodation only, and is on a weekly basis.

(C) The cost does not include flights or car hire.

(D) The villa will accommodate up to 6 persons only.

(E) The cost of Utilities, House Cleaning and Pool Cleaning is included.

(F) Payment to be made in full, eight weeks prior to departure.

(G) 25% of the cost is required as a deposit if the booking is made more than eight weeks before departure, otherwise 100% payment is due as per (F) above.

The Detached Villa is situated in the small hamlet of Butoque, which is 5kms west of Tavira.

Tavira is the largest town in the Eastern Algarve, being 18kms from Faro Airport. It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive from the airport to the Villa.

The Eastern Algarve is the unspoilt part, and goes a long way to providing an insight into how things used to be. The town of Tavira has most things to offer, such as a vegetable market, daily fish market, shops, bars, restaurants, bank, hospital and a post office etc. Tennis courts are available at the Eurotel Hotel complex, which is 1km east of Tavira.

Butoque, the Hamlet where the Villa is situated, boasts two shops and two bars, light meals are available at both the bars. The shops sell absolutely everything so all food purchases are close to hand and are just a 3-minute walk from the Villa.
