Villa Maura has been opened in July 2008 and has modern forniture.
Leading from the living room is a patio with barbeque, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The bright kitchen has 2 windows. The open space on the ground floor is a dining and living room. An Italian marble stair with wrought iron railing takes you upstairs, where there are: "Camera Oro" the master bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, a balcony and a dressing room and "Camera Argento", a very versatile bedroom that can have up to 3 single beds or a double and a single bed. Total of 3 bathrooms (with shower or bathtub). Laundry room. This is why the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
Villa Maura has a direct access to the beautiful swimming pool, that is situated in a characteristic olive grove.
Villa Maura is situated in a peaceful and panoramic location, immersed in the green hills of the Parco delle Cerbaie and in the Padule di Fucecchio (unique area where even storks come to nest).
It is located in the heart of Tuscany, with the art cities of Pisa, Lucca, Florence within very easy reach and many lesser know treasures still to be explored nearby.

Lucca Province Area Information
At walking distance, in Torre, there is "Salvia e Rosmarino", a nice country bar / restaurant / pizzeria (also to go), while in Massarella and Pinete, there are little shops and another very good restaurant, "Osteria Il Cacciatore".
In Fucecchio there are typical restaurants, pizzerie, wineries, characteristic shops, shopping centres, sports grounds (tennis, golf, horse-back riding facilities).
We prefer to send driving directions depending on the origin of our guests. We are very close to either an exit Firenze Mare A11 to the motorway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno. The airports of Pisa Galileo Galilei (Ryanair) and Florence Peretola are easily reached in less than 1 hour.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due when booking. Balance to be paid 2 months prior arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required for any bookings made within 70 days of the start of the rental date. Breakages deposit of 300.00 euro cash required on arrival.
Sorry, pets and smoking are not allowed in Villa Maura.
