This beautiful fully air-conditioned modern villa with marble floors throughout and private pool, is located on a hill side with spectacular, uninterrupted sea and mountain views. Featuring 3 double bedrooms, the largest of which is situated upstairs with an en-suite bathroom and balcony. Also upstairs is a large sun terrace with BBQ and an additional dining area. Downstairs a spacious lounge leads to the kitchen and dining room. There are patio doors which open onto the patio and 10 x 5m overflow swimming pool, a BBQ completes this area ideal for al fresco dining. 2 twin bedrooms have doors leading out onto the patio and share a large shower room. The drive has ample room for two cars.

linen/maid service: All bed linen included .Extra cleaning services(maid etc) are available on request, cost dependent on service levels required.
Air-conditioning can also be used as heating if required. Due to the pool and the location/position of the villa, young children will need to be supervised for there own safety.
Whilst accessibility is relatively easy the villa does comprise of a number of different levels which would make it difficult.
The exterior comprises of a large patio area on two levels with BBQ and dining table, seating 6 on one level, and a hammock, deck chair and space for sun bathing on the other.
