Villa Paradise is set on a very spacious secluded plot, on a no-through road in the Pine Valley section of Rotonda. The pool deck is exceptionally private, with no golfers or golf carts to spoil your privacy! The pool and spa are electrically heated so can be enjoyed year round. Pool toys are also available for your use. The pool deck is equipped with a gas BBQ, four sun loungers and dining table with 8 chairs. The pool safety fence ensures that families with young children can relax and unwind too!

The living space of Villa Paradise has been very carefully and thoughtfully planned. The general feel of the accommodation is light and airy with a distinct, luxurious contemporary feel. A comfortable lounge provides an area to converse or to read quietly. There is a cosy TV area with a 46" screen, satellite TV, a DVD player and selection of DVD's. There are two dining areas: a dinette with seating for six, located close to the kitchen and a more formal dining table providing seating for a further six people.

Villa Paradise has an open plan spacious kitchen allowing those cooking to still be included in the holiday fun! All your utensils, pots and pans and crockery are provided. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee percolator. There is a separate utility room with a washer, tumble dryer and ironing board with iron.

Villa Paradise provides outstanding sleeping accommodation. The arrangement of bedrooms is perfect for two families wishing to share their vacation. There are two luxurious master suites each with their own ensuite. Both ensuites have showers and jacuzzi baths. Hairdryers are provided for your use. The twin bedroom is light and airy and also has its own bathroom with a shower over the bath. Bedroom four has a double bed. A separate bathroom with shower cubicle, is opposite bedroom four and also serves for convenient use if you are out on the pool deck.

Villa Paradise has a games room in the air-conditioned double garage. Also located in the garage are two adult's and two children's bikes, perfect for exploring the Rotonda area.

There is a selection of DVDs in the TV area, cable TV, playstation2 in the twin bedroom, CD player, board games and a collection of novels to use during your stay in Villa Paradise.

Rotonda Area Information

Villa Paradise lies just south of Engelwood, South West Florida, close to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The coast here is characterised by barrier islands and sheltered inland waterways perfect for fishing or boating. The climate is sub-tropical with warm and sunny days throughout the year.

Golfing, boating, fishing, dolphin spotting and shell collecting are very popular pastimes. You can hire jet skis or kayaks in Engelwood and explore the inland waterways. For the golfer, there are countless golf courses to test out. Busch Gardens is located in Tampa, about 1 1/2 hr drive away, as well as Adventure Island, Tampa's waterpark. You may choose to spend a few days in Orlando (about a 3hr drive) visiting Disney's theme parks before returning to the tranquility of Villa Paradise.

Villa Paradise lies within a circular residential development called Rotonda. Here there is an abundance of wildlife and part of the development is a nature conservation area. You may see tortoise, racoons, herons, egrits, and armidillos close to your villa! The local beaches are only a 10-15 minute drive. The beach on Gasparilla island (see right) is exceptionally beautiful and never busy and the restaurant at South Beach, Boca Grande is definitely worth a visit. Manatees can often be seen swimming close to the shore here. You may rent a boat and visit some of the islands or go on a deep sea fishing trip.

There are four 18 hole golf courses within the circle of Rotonda and more within the local area. There are also cycling routes through a nature area (bikes provided in villa). A shared tennis facility within the circle operates on a first come first served basis, there are also courts next to Engelwood library, a 10 minute drive away.

Restaurants are within driving distance from Villa Paradise and Port Charlotte, the nearest large town, is home to a large shopping mall. For more serious shoppers, the factory outlets at Ellenton, near Sarasota, or south to Fort Myers, are well worth a visit. The nearest supermarket to Villa Paradise is a 5 minute drive and there is a 24 hr Walmart supercentre 10 minutes away.
