The accommodation, which is on one level, comprises briefly of a spacious living room having double patio doors with views to the coast. The room has high quality furnishings including easy chairs, a sofa and dining suite with seating for eight people and benefits from air conditioning. Entertainment is provided here by a Flat Panel Satellite TV (English & Spanish channels), DVD player and music system. Adjacent there is a fully fitted separate breakfast kitchen having a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, extractor unit, built in microwave and electric oven.
A passageway from the living room gives access to the master double bedroom with double patio doors to the garden, an en-suite bathroom with massage bath and a fitted hairdryer. There two twin bedrooms and a family shower room with power massage unit to complete the accommodation.
All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lights and air conditioning units.
Outside
Patio doors from the living room give access to a spacious covered terrace with patio furniture and a portable BBQ supplied to enjoy ‘Al Fresco’ dining and take in the lovely sea views.
From here there is an extensive sun terrace surrounding the 7m x 4m kidney shaped pool which has ‘roman steps’ for easy access and a poolside shower.
Sun loungers and a parasol are provided to soak up the sun and take in the lovely countryside and sea views.
The villa has well maintained ornamental ‘Menorcan style’ gardens and easy parking in the quiet road.
