The property is located only steps away from the beach, yet remaining very private due to its lush garden. There are royal palms and other exotic plants around the ways, the terraces and the pool. Inside, the kitchen is finely appointed in good rustic taste and the living and dining areas are also well decorated with quality sofas, drapes and furniture. Wall fun in all rooms. Washing machine. Barbecue. Outside shower. Parking.

The villa consists of: 2 double bedroom one with fire place and en suite bath and shower room. One twin bedroom (joinable). 1 quadruple bedroom. Two shower bathrooms. Spacious living room well furnished (with safe). Separate kitchen (dishwasher, microwave etc).

N.B. there is a maid two times per week for three hours to clean the house

South Coast Area Information

Check-in Saturday at 15Uhr to 17uhr. If you are arriving after this time the following applicable amounts to numbers: 25 € Arrivals after 17uhr, 50 € Arrivals after 22h, 50 € arriving Sunday.

The services be 400 € per week per villa. The services include:

cleaning service, gas, bed and bathroom linen changed weekly, pool and garden manegment, reception and our support, 2 times a week cleaning.

Electricity is paid extra for consumption in an amount of 0.20 € per kilowatt, water is paid extra in an amount of 6 € per m3. Chair on demand € 30 per week, children weighing on demand € 30 per week, welcome pack costs 35 € and contains:

Mineral water, milk, coffee, The, sugar, juice, bread, jam, butter, ham, cheese, chips, biscuits, eggs and wine.
