Villa Yasmine is a big, comfortable house with a direct view on the Atlantic Ocean. This luxurious villa with 5 bedrooms is localized in the suburbs of the popular city of Salé (close to Rabat). The spacious villa contains 2 big open plan kitchen/dining rooms and 5 comfortable living-rooms (3 in Moroccan style, 2 in European style) the villa contains 3 bathrooms.

Outside two terraces offer dining furniture and barbecues perfect for dines with a cooling breeze on hot Moroccan evenings!

Through winter our villa can be completely heated by the split-unit air-conditioning's as well as by several gas- and electrical heaters.

The villa has two floors and is divided in 2 separated apartments, with own front-doors and possesses diverse opportunities, you can rent the entire villa (equipped for 10 persons) only the first floor (equipped for 6 persons) or only the ground floor (equipped for 4 persons). Every apartment has a kitchen and separate bathrooms with toilet.

This add especially concerns the ground floor apartment.

The ground floor apartment contains of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (standard occupancy 6 people, max. occupancy 10 people)

The ground floor apartment is totally separated from the 1st floor apartment and has its own facilities like kitchen, bathroom etc.
