This excellent villa is in a superb location, only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and a variety of amenities. A large shopping centre with a cinema, shops and restaurants and golden lagoon beaches are only a fifteen minute walk from the villa. It is located next to the beautiful new Las Salinas Golf Course and is a few minutes drive to the popular resort of Caleta de Fuste and its small picturesque marina with its varied excellent facilities.Villa Zara also benefits from having a fixed fence and saftey gate around the private pool as added security for families with smaller children.

Villa Zara is bright and spacious throughout with high quality furnishings. The large living room has a feature high ceiling, comfortable sofas, a formal dining area and patio doors leading to a terrace. There is a well equipped, separate kitchen and guest cloakroom. This villa has four very well presented bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, a dressing area, a sofa and an en-suite shower room. Patio doors from this bedroom lead to a terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made up as a double, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a terrace. The two remaining bedrooms have twin beds and patio doors leading to a terrace. These rooms share a shower room. The villa can accommodate 8 people in the existing bedrooms and a further 2 children under the age of 12 on fold-a-way beds.Villa Zara benefits from two portable air conditioning units that clients can use.The villa also benefits from having internet connection. Those clients wanting to make use of this will need to bring their laptop and cable. This is an optional extra and needs to be requested before travel. Current charge is 20€ for 1 week and 30€ for up to 1 month.

Patio doors from the living area lead out to the partially covered dining terrace, with plenty of luxury patio furniture. The large swimming pool which can be accessed via ladder steps, measures 9m x 4m and is surrounded by high quality sun loungers and astro turf that is very comfortable to walk on. Steps to the side of the villa lead to the fabulous roof terrace that offers more private sunbathing and partial views to the golf course and sea. A fixed fence and safety gate has recently been added to surround the swimming pool, photos will be added to our website shortly.
