Holiday Home Description
Located on a private residential road, quiet at night yet central for the resort including the main Costa Teguise beach. These quality villas have everything you would expect from family run property. A fully heated private pool, sun-beds, BBQ, optional Jacuzzi. A shaded pergola area for alfresco dinning complete the outside area’s of these quality and well located properties. Beach towels and a free welcome pack will be provided. Resort shopping including a supermarket, bakery, bike hire and the first of the many restaurants and bars is within 2 minutes walk. The resorts main beach Las Cucharas is within 3 minutes stroll with diving, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing & kayaking with tuition/equipment hire all available on this well protected beach and bay area. Bucket and spade at the ready for the usual sand based activities with the little ones. Sun-bed & brolly hire for the snoozers in the party.
3 Bedroom Villa (Sleeps 6/7)
Bedroom 1- king bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 with twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bathroom 1 with bath/shower over, WC, bidet. Bathroom 2 with cubical shower, WC, bidet. A UK fitted kitchen with double oven, hob and extractor, washer, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. All the usual small appliances. A free welcome pack with nibbles, wine and a cold beer in the fridge will be waiting for you. Twin leather sofa's with imported mexican furniture. Satellite TV with film and childrens channels, DVD, CD Midi and VCR. All villa linen including towels are provided. Every 7 days there is a full maid and linen service, your villa will also have a mid-stay clean with villa towel change. Beach towels are also provided. Pools will be fully cleaned mid and every 7th day.
4 Bedroom Villa (Sleeps 8/9)

Accessibility
Being on one level throughout all bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dinning room and patio the villa is suitable for wheel chair and assisted holidays. The pool has "Roman" type steps again for assisted access.
Outside
A private fully heated pool with natural sea salt chlorination, no stingy eyes and great for the skin. Sun-beds, BBQ, shaded pergola area with garden dinning furniture for those al fresco times complete the patio area.
All lower season pricing based on a 2 person couples rate.
Mid and High season rates based on 4 persons.
Additional persons £60 or £80 depending on season.
Optional Jacuzzi at £70 per week- all seasons.
Infants are free of charge with a cot and high chair provided- all seasons.
A free booking reference is offered to secure you property while you book you flights. Just a telephone number to secure your booking. When flights have been arranged 10% is payable, the balance of you villa booking within 8 weeks of departure.
All major credit and debit cards are taken, sorry no Paypal due to the ridicules charges made by them. We offer secure transactions and have a UK merchant number issued with Barclays bank.
