Holiday Home Description

Five bedroom villa in a great location with communal pool. Five minutes drive from Moraira with its sandy beaches, marina and large variety of fab restaurants and bars. Few minutes walk from a local bar and restaurant with large pool, kiddies pool and tennis court. There is also an English bar/reataurant within walking distance which has live music twice a week. Aldi and Mercadona supermarkets are a few minutes drive away and only a short walk, but not visible from the house.

Our Villa enjoys a peacefull location and a panoramic view over the valley to the mountains. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds (one with super kingsize) and a twin room. The air conditioned lounge and dining area is light and airy and there is British TV with some movie and sky channels and wi fi. Kitchen has full cooking facilities. Outside there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the view.

On the ground floor there is a two bedroom self contained apartment with shower room and lounge/kitchen area also with full cooking facilities and wi fi. Outside is a covered naya with sofa and dining table and chairs. There is a terrace from which you can enjoy the stunnig view complete with fountain and large gas barbecue.

We live nearby and will be on hand for recommendations of great bars and restaurants and places to go, I am sure you wll enjoy our suggestions. We are very passionate about this area and during our time living here have done lots of research to find 'the most interesting and the best' . As previous restauranteurs we are also available to provide any catering needs you may have, great cooked breakfast, barbecues, paella etc. Quotable on request.

Moraira Area Information

Moraira is one of the very few coastal resorts that has avoided the high rise explosion. Before we decided to locate here we explored many coastal resorts on the Costa Blanca and elsewhere on the Costas. In our opinion there is no where better. It has often been quoted to be 'the St Tropez of Spain'. Originally a fishing village it still retains oldy worldy charm entertwinned with modern day life. There is the styish marina behind which is the old town, then the modern seafront area where you will find a plethora of bars and restaurants featuring all types of cuisine.

The very popular seaside holiday destination of Javea is only a 15 minute drive away. Javea has a great long sandy beach with bars and resaurants along the promenade, more commercialised than Moraira but a good contrast to enjoy. Between the main beach area, The Arenal and the Port, there are several modern and trendy beach bars during the Summer months that enjoy stunning views, the Port area is charming and there is a daily fish market. Go karting, golfing and many water sports are available.

To drive to Benidorm takes only 30 minutes. Here you can find Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and Benidorm Palace. Great for a day out and then good to return to tranquility.
