Holiday Home Description
We have enjoyed numerous holidays in Florida over the years, and are delighted to make our holiday home available for rent in what we consider to be an ideal location for visitors to explore the fantastic Orlando area in Florida.
Situated on the Windsor Palms Resort in Kissimmee, only 3 miles from Disney and 10 miles from International Drive the home of Seaworld and Universal Studios, you will be delighted by what we have to offer in this fantastic holiday home. Located in a true haven of tranquillity, our holiday home is perfect after a long day at the parks as a place for relaxation. But if you need more excitement, there are many more activities available on your doorstep at the resort.
The holiday home is beautifully furnished, has three bedrooms (king-size, queen & twin, all with ensuite facilities), a fully fitted kitchen, and is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. We also have a 50" TV in the living room! The private splashpool which backs onto a woodland conservation area at the rear of the house is the ideal place to cool down, relax or plan the next activity on your holiday! With capacity for 6 people, you'll find everything you need here for your holiday home from home.
Our townhome has has three elegantly furnished bedroom suites, each with walk-in closets and ensuite facilities, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge. It is light, airy and fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in the main rooms and bedrooms for extra comfort.
We also have a fantastic splashpool (left), which is fully screened and has open views of the conservation area to the rear of the house. It is bathed in sunshine for most of the day and can be heated when necessary. The decking area is complete with luxurious patio furniture, loungers and under-pool lighting - perfect for enjoying those long, relaxing Florida evenings.
As you enter the townhome, to the left is the first bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit and hair dryer. Further on, is the kitchen. With plenty of space, it is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer (including ice maker), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a waste disposal unit. The living room has a 3 seater settee and 2 seater settee, a 50" TV with cable and DVD player, a phone with free local calls, and credit card facilities for long distance calls. It also incorporates a dining table area with seating for 4 (+ 2 bar stools to breakfast bar).
Upstairs – the master bedroom (pictured right) has a king size bed and a flat screen TV and DVD combined. Enjoy the ensuite facilities with bath, shower, vanity unit and hair dryer.
The third bedroom has two single beds, a flat screen TV, and an XBOX with DVD player - perfect for the kids! Includes ensuite with bath and shower.
All cutlery, crockery, bed linen, and towels are provided. Our advice is to travel light as our home has almost everything you could possibly need. If you want to surf the Internet, you can do free-of-charge. Just plug your pc into our phone line.
Positioned in a secure gated community, guests have free access to all the recreational facilities and amenities of the Windsor Palms Resort. There is a useful convenience store, an exercise room and a games room, a full-size swimming pool, volleyball and tennis courts, a special play area for children, as well as a cinema! Our holiday home is in an ideal location to explore the wonderful state of Florida or to just enjoy a relaxing break away from it all.
Located within a gated community, our townhome benefits from all the recreational facilities and amenities of the Windsor Palms Resort that you will find on your doorstep. As a guest in our townhome, you will have full access to this private members' resort and the first class facilities it has to offer.
The centre point of the complex is the magnificent clubhouse; a 7,500 square foot area consisting of an Olympic size swimming pool, separate toddler pool and spa, basketball and tennis courts, a 58 seat cinema, an exercise room and games room as well as a picnic and barbeque area, a video arcade and a special play area for children. Every member of the family will be spoiled for choice of things to do or you can just relax on one of the many, comfortable sun loungers and take things easy.
