When you stay in Holiday Villas in Vejer de la Frontera, you are staying in one of the most picturesque hilltop towns in Andalucia, it is a place of white-washed houses, narrow winding streets, excellent cuisine and the unspoilt beaches of the Costa de la Luz.  The historic old town is a pleasant stroll from the La Noria area where there is a range of holiday homes and the only communal swimming pool in the town.  There are many artisan shops to browse as well as a wide range of restaurants to chose from.
The nearest beach at El Palmar is only a 10-15 minute drive across rolling hills. It has 12km of pure white sand, parts of which are very popular with surfers and body boarders and there are several surf schools located here.

Trafalgar is also about the same distance from holiday accommodation in Vejer de la Frontera and is the scene of the famous battle off shore and home to the well known lighthouse.  You can walk around the lighthouse and enjoy the views back to Canos de Meca and further south to the coast of Morocco.  The beach itself has many rock pools as well as sandy areas and is popular for walking.

Further afield you have Cadiz to the north - it is one of the oldest towns in Europe, with an old quarter that is threaded with narrow, winding streets . The town has many watchtowers from the days when the local merchants kept a look out for their ships coming into harbour.  Its cathedral and tower are well worth a visit for great views of the city.
South from the many holiday apartments in Vejer de la Frontera you have  many other beautiful beaches including Bolonia, site of the Roman ruins and with a spectacular sand dune which gives outstanding views once your climb to the top.  All in all, when you rent villas in Vejer de la Frontera you are guaranteed a fantstic time and some of the most pleasant scenery available in Spain.
