Agent Achievement Awards Travel

The results are in for the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards, and we have been shortlisted for not one… not two… but three awards! We are so honoured to be recognised among such esteemed peers in the travel industry. This acknowledgment is a testament to our team’s hard work, dedication, and passion for creating incredible travel experiences for our customers. Each nomination represents a milestone in our journey, and we couldn’t have achieved this without the unwavering support of our loyal customers and partners.

Our first category is ‘Best agency to work for- small’. This is a category that we are thrilled to be shortlisted for. We pride ourselves on creating a work environment that is welcoming and fulfilling for all staff members. In addition to fostering a warm and inclusive workplace, we provide tangible benefits such as competitive salaries and a generous bonus structure. We offer 33 days of annual leave to all staff, surpassing the UK’s minimum requirement of 28 days. Moreover, each team member enjoys a fully paid day off on their birthday, a luxurious perk that is highly valued. The second category we have been shortlisted for is ‘Best small travel agency- North Wales and North-West England’. The announcement for this category was a delightful surprise as we are surrounded by worthy competition in our area. We take immense pride in this recognition, as it reflects our dedication to providing exceptional service and unforgettable travel experiences to our clients. This nomination not only honours our commitment, but also inspires us to continue striving for brilliance in our industry.

Last, but by no means least, our fantastic travel consultant Luke Fitzpatrick from our Liverpool store has been shortlisted for ‘Young leisure agent of the year’. Luke started his journey at Perfect Getaways with a day of volunteer work each week at the Liverpool store. His eagerness and enthusiasm impressed us all, leading to a paid position within the company, soon followed by a full-time role. Luke’s incredible service is reflected in the countless 5* reviews that he receives on Trustpilot. Customers often comment on the ‘outstanding service’ they receive and his ‘polite and helpful’ manner. We are incredibly lucky to have such a star travel consultant and we can’t wait to see where his travel career takes him!

As we eagerly await the results, which will be announced at a lavish awards ceremony in London on 11th July, we want to take a moment to reflect on our achievements and express our gratitude to everyone who has been part of our story. The trust and enthusiasm of our customers inspires us to continually strive for excellence in all that we do. We are proud to have created life-long memories and meaningful experiences that have touched the hearts of many. However, this journey would not have been possible without the dedication of our hardworking team, whose passion and commitment have been the driving force behind our success.
