Lovely privately owned 1 bedroom first floor holiday apartment in Cala Egos near Cala d'Or on the South Eastern coast of Mallorca / Majorca.
There are 2 beaches only 2 minutes walk (about 500 meters) away, plus many more a short ride on the public road-train (the kids will love this).
We have 2 houses (4 apartments) available for holiday bookings.
The apartment is situated in a gorgeous small family orientated community.
The apartment has a comfortable lounge & dining/kitchen, the large double bedroom has en-suite bath/shower room; outside the lounge is a large balcony with table & chairs on which you can sit and eat or drink while overlooking the pools & gardens, or from the roof terrace you can enjoy panoramic views whilst privately sun bathing.
The accommodation is air conditioned throughout and has been fitted with comfort in mind.
Thhis apartment can be rented with a linked 2 bedroom apartment for friends or relatives who like their own private space whilst still enjoying a close shared holiday.

Cala D'or Area Description
Locally there are plentiful shops, restaurants and beaches, these are only a 2 or 3 minute walk, the luxury Cala D’Or marina is a 5 minute walk.
A road train circulates several other local beaches around Cala D’Or, plus the large Cala Mondrago beach and national park.
A short drive is Val d’or golf course, scenic mountains, monasteries and local market villages.
The apartment is located in Cala Egos, a peaceful small village with a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars; the larger town of Cala d'Or is across the Marina and provides more shops & restaurants.
